How much does a vacation actually cost? |

The price of your vacation could not be calculated, because prices are expected to rise with the EU ascension. Anyway, the price you pay for your vacations is as mentioned for the respective package. You are not paying more for accommodation for a double room. |

What happens if I cannot enjoy a holiday one year? |
|
You have the choice to either transfer the right of use for your holiday to some of your friends or relatives or get back your money for the respective year. In case you cannot use the right to enjoy a vacation within your Holiday Club membership rights in any particular year, all you have to do is to advise us in advance. In these cases you will receive in return a fixed percent of the membership fee. |

Can somebody use a Holiday Club vacation instead of me? |

Yes, sure. There are multiple ownership rights, but the membership rights are transferable. In order to allow somebody book holidays on your behalf, we must have your explicit written permission. |

Are there some expenses which are not mentioned now, but I must expect in the future? |
|
No, all the expenses that the Sigma Holiday Club members are subject to are written in the Holiday Club membership agreement. |

What time in advance should I book my holidays? |
|
You can book your holiday even on the previous date and the reservation will be confirmed, if there are rooms available. But in case you send us your booking for the respective year until 31 January, you will avoid the booking fee of 50 EUR. |

How will I know the property will be maintained if I do not pay maintenance fee? |
|
All our properties are categorized as first class properties by the Bulgarian State Agency for Tourism. Moreover, they belong to famous international brands that guarantee you the quality of properties and services will go higher. |
