Sigma Holiday Club features a number of first class summer resorts. As a Sigma Holiday Club member you can book a holiday in any of our resorts for ten years. We offer you to buy the right of using a room in any of our first class properties and a personal use of the hotel facilities. We are offering you a very flexible holiday scheme with a lot of benefits for you.

  • Purchasing a Sigma Holiday Club package, you get the right to use a room in any of these hotels as well as a personal use of the hotel facilities.
  • In the future, we will introduce new hotels & resorts in the Holiday Club. However, we can exclude some of the suggested hotels, but we are obliged to keep at least 3 hotels in the program.

Duration of the plan

Our Holiday Club packages are available for a period of 5 or 10 years.
Inflation is inevitable for holiday makers, unless they choose prepaid services. Moreover, Bulgaria already became a member of the EU in January 2007 and the inflation rate is expected to increase. Joining Sigma Holiday Club now will guarantee you carefree holidays for the duration of the package and a wide, increasing choice of first class modern resorts.

Choice of holiday seasons

Our Holiday Club offers you packages with the following duration:

• Platinum Package - duration of the season - 10 weeks in a year
• Golden Package -  duration of the season - 10 weeks in a year
• Silver Package - duration of the season - 8 weeks in a year

Different price ranges

We have developed Holiday Club products with a choice of price ranges in order to respond to your specific needs.  All you have to do is choose the best Holiday Club package for you now and forget about holiday expenses for 5 or 10 years ahead.

Return policy within 1 or 3 years

Our Holiday Club concept focuses on the customer satisfaction. That is why we give you the option for no risk, no hassle “return” of the Holiday Club package within the first 1 year for the 5-year packages the first 3 years for the 10-year packages. In both cases we are giving you back 100% all your membership fee less already used holidays.

Option for multiple owner rights

With the Sigma Holiday Club packages, you will have the right to include several owners enjoying equal rights. Their names must be included in the Holiday Club certificate.
Moreover, the membership is transferable, so you could give the use of your Holiday Club membership rights to any of your friends or relatives for a certain year.

A choice of alternative use options

In case you cannot use the right to enjoy a vacation within your Holiday Club membership rights in any particular year, all you have to do is to advise us in advance. In these cases you will receive in return a fixed percent on the membership fee.

Children policy

• If your child is less than 12 years old, you can take it on a holiday for FREE. A room in all of our hotels accommodates 2
    adults + 1 child. Second child* supplement – 150 EUR for Platinum Season, 100 EUR for Gold Season and 75 EUR for Silver season.
• If your child is older than 12 years (third adult) in a double room, the rate is as follows: 250 EUR for Platinum 
    Season, 200 EUR for Gold Season and 175 EUR for Silver season
  
  
  • Child is considered to be up to 11 years and 364 days old. If older, the charges for third adult applies.

  Options for further discounts

  With the “Tell a friend” program, as a member of Sigma Holiday Club you have the choice to invite your friends share the benefits of our packages. If your friend becomes a member of Sigma Holiday Club, you will get a:

  • Voucher for 200 EUR of complimentary services in any of our hotels if your friend purchases Platinum Package;
  • Voucher for 150 EUR of complimentary services in any of our hotels if your friend purchases Gold Package;
  • Voucher for 100 EUR of complimentary services in any of our hotels if your friend purchases Silver Package.

  Bring a friend at discounted rates

  In case you bring friends with you, they will book with 10% discount from the applicable rate.

  Flexible reservation procedure

  The sooner you book your holiday, the better! We will do our best to confirm your booking request as soon as possible.
  In case you book your holidays until 31 January of the respective year, no reservation charge applies. In case your reservation is submitted later than 31 January, it is subject to 50 EUR fee. Rebooking fee for change of dates of already confirmed holidays is 50 EUR, as well.
